Family fun with nature crowns
Make a nature crown & wear it to dinner.
Looking for something to do with little ones on a rainy or snowy afternoon? Use what you have around the house; odds & ends or recycled materials work well. Invite each family member make a crown.
Involve older children with setting and clearing the royal place settings. Decide on jobs for each family member.
Use battery operated or candlelight taper candles (with care)
Monogram your napkin
Use a roll of brown Kraft paper and a black marker to make placemats or a table runner
Bring the outdoors in by decorating your table with wildflowers if they are in abundant supply. Avoid picking wildflowers if they are either the first or only flowers in the area that you are picking.
In my crown pictured above, I reused materials after taking down a bulletin board. Cardboard works well too.
Tag up your photos online so that I can see what you made! #arttherapywithjenna
Have fun making memories together,
