NEW! Summer ‘26 groups: in person & online
Welcome to my art therapy practice based in St. Thomas, Ontario.
As a Registered Canadian Art Therapist, I help people and communities access the healing power of the arts through art therapy.
Art therapy combines art processes with evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to support people, families, and communities.
My services can benefit people of any age. I specialize in working with school-aged children, teens, young adults, and families.
Enjoy going to therapy
Using a combination of fine art, ecological, and mixed media materials we’ll engage in a strength-based creative process. Sometimes we’ll bring the indoors out, and other times we’ll bring the outdoors in. Working with nature is a fundamental part of my approach. No art skills are required!
You don’t have to be good at art for art to be good for you. PS - I don’t use AI in my practice. Your sessions are not recorded.

Land Acknowledgement
I live, work, and play on the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabek ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, Attiwonderonk (Neutral), and Mississauga (Michi Saagiig) people. This land continues to be home to diverse Indigenous peoples whom I recognize as stewards of the land and vital contributors of society. As a person of Irish and French ancestry, I am the great granddaughter of settlers who were uninvited guests to this land. My ancestors migrated from lands, some of which I do not have a relationship with (yet); I don’t know their cities and towns and what the sand and soil feels like. As I continue the work of understanding my family’s history, I commit to treating the places I call home with respect and care. To maintain this heart connection, I will commit to naming at least three Truth & Reconciliation actions on my learning plan each year. I am also deeply committed to supporting Indigenous artists.
