Let’s journey into the world of artmaking together.

Hi, I’m Jenna!

I am a professional art therapist in Ontario, Canada. I completed my graduate studies in art therapy at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute in the mossy mountain city of Nelson, British Columbia.

I am also an artist, proud sports-mom, experienced registered nurse, and bee lover. I have worked with children and families for over 15 years.

As a psychotherapist, I use art therapy to promote well-being for people, families and communities. Whether you’re looking for a single session or a longer course of therapy, I’ll be sure to tailor my approach to your needs and goals.

I look forward to making art with you!

Sincerely,

Jenna Tregenza, RN, BScN, DKATI

I am committed to continuing the process of unlearning.

My Art

I am a mixed media artist and enjoy working with a variety of modalities such as collage, textiles, and found object art. I often work with nature as the subject, setting and material to make eco-art. Recently I’ve been exploring cyanotype and block printing. I have used poetry to process my experiences as a nurse - some have been published. I use bilateral artmaking with pastels as a creative care practice and can often be found mess-making with my two kids!
